The Hotel Reservation system is still in the process of being setup for the 2013 year. When the reservation system is ready to go an email will be sent to individuals registered for Detour 2013 so that currently registered attendees will have first dibs on rooms. The next day the link for the reservation system will be posted on the front page of the Anime Detour website and on the facebook page. We will be giving at least a two weeks heads up for when the reservation system will go live, so keep your eyes on this website or facebook for those details.
As with previous years Hotel rooms can only be reserved by Attendees (though the attendee reserving the room does not have to pay for it), and rooms must have someone 18 years of age or older staying. Parents, Guardians, or Group leaders can reserve and stay in a hotel room, but at least one attendee's name needs to be on the room reservation. We reserve the right to cancel room reservations for non-attendees.
