If you have made a reservation with the DoubleTree and not recieved an email (first check your spam), but you made it to the payment processed page and were shown/given an ACK# (ex. 328M9C7E3) then you have a reservation in the system and you are set. If you would like a new email sent please email the hotel team and ask for a "new reservation acknowledgement" to be sent. We will process it in due course, but give us some time.
If you are a room party, you will recieve instructions from the Room Parties department when they have finalized their selections and room assignments on how to book a room. Rooms are held for room parties in a separate block.
