Anime Detour 2016 Hotel Reservations

Hello Everyone,

We know you are all excited to reserve your hotel room so here is information we have so far.

We are currently working on the 2016 Reservation system for DoubleTree reservations. We are looking to have this launched mid-November (current expected date is 11/14/2015). Please keep watch on the website for further information. Please do NOT contact the hotel. They will send you back to us as you have to go through our reservation system.

 

A big change from last year: Our reservation system will not be like previous years so please be patient with us as we work through everything. While more of a manual process this system will help us pull better information than past years as we are able to access more data and hopefully help you with any questions you may have.

 

Some information to keep in mind:

• 2016 DoubleTree Rate: $123.00 + tax / night for 1-2 persons, + $10 for each additional person
• At least one person in the room must be registered for Anime Detour 2016
• Reserving a room does not guarantee you get a registration for Anime Detour 2016
• You must be 18+ years old to reserve a room
• If you are attending as a group (Anime Club, etc.) please contact AD_Hotel@animedetour.com. 
• If you are a dealer please contact AD_Dealers@animedetour.com to setup your reservation.
• If you are looking to run a room party please contact AD_Parties@animedetour.com. The attendee block will NOT get you a party cabana room.
• Yes we have overflow hotels and will release information on them when we post when we open the DoubleTree block.
