Hello everybody! As we draw closer to the convention we wanted to give everyone some updates/reminders.
Reservations for the DoubleTree:
If you have a reservation at the DoubleTree please remember that you must guarantee your hotel room with a credit card before April 1st. If you do not do this your room will be forfeited and you will no longer have a reservation. Information on how to do this is on the email you have received from the DoubleTree.
If you are on the waiting list for the DoubleTree remember we will contact you via email should a room open up and we reach your name on the list. Watch your inboxs and spam folders as we get closer to the convention. This is when cancellations start coming in and we start emailing. Right now we do not have any available rooms.
If you do need to update or cancel your reservation please email us at AD_Hotel@animedetour.com and we will work with you and the DoubleTree to take care of the change.
Reservations for the Crowne Plaza:
Don't want to wait for the waiting list at the DoubleTree or still need a room? There are openings at the Crowne Plaza!!! Call them at (952) 831 - 8000. They currently have rooms with double and single beds open. Reminder room rate is $115.00 + taxes / night. Call them before March 13th (the cutoff for our room rates) though.
Shuttles and Overflow Parking:
We are working on this and as we get closer to the convention we will release more information. Teaser is we will have both overflow parking lots and an actual 24 hour shuttle running this year. The shuttle is going to be stopping at our overflow parking lots and both the Sheraton and the Crowne Plaza.
